Store size varies enormously, from a small corner grocery with a few aisles to a full supermarket chain location in Raleigh with a bakery, seafood counter and food court under one roof. Seafood markets sell live and on-ice product and can usually clean or prepare fish on request for a small fee. Raleigh is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Raleigh follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Pleasant store with a nice selection od specialty items. Yummy breads and deserts. Small produce area. Friendly staff. Very pricey so I only go for specific items.

I have mixed feelings writing this because parts of my experience were lovely, but the management completely ruined it. I’ve lived in Raleigh for 14 years, and while I've enjoyed a few things from The Fresh Market before, I had never tried their bakery items. When I saw them on the Too Good To Go app, I decided it was the perfect excuse to run out and try it. My first two interactions were fantasticβ€”the lovely elderly woman in the bakery and the sweet cashier checking me out were absolutely amazing and treated me with genuine kindness. However, the front-end manager (I believe her name was Tip or Tiff) completely ruined the experience. Her demeanor was an absolute deterrent. In an interaction that lasted less than three minutes, she hounded the cashier, repeating four or five times: *"Make sure you watch her scan it on the app."* The first time she said it, I thought nothing of itβ€”just standard store process. But repeating it aggressively that many times while I, a Black customer, am just standing there rubbed me entirely the wrong way. To make matters worse, I had also picked up a granola bar to purchase. The manager came over *again*, hounding the girl: *"What are you doing? I

Love their little big meals for 4! We are empty nesters and love the price of $25 for 2 full meals and the food is great. I would like a little more variety with the entrees.

Great groceries and selection. Really unfortunate though that the bistro meal options are displayed and kept with a Thai peanut salad. For people with a peanut allergy, this basically makes eating here impossible. The employees (who are nice and helpful) let me know how most other items are peanut free, so why ruin that by placing the Thai salad in with the lot? There are literally stray peanuts in the adjacent food options. :(

We put in our Christmas dinner order in person on Sunday night. The male employee who worked that night didn't put in our order when we went to pick it up christmas eve. So, because of the employee's error, we didn't have dinner. We were able to reorder the meal for today, Friday. The chicken wing tray was not cooked all the way and the salad looked terrible with soggy and burnt croutons. The only thing that was good was the honey bbq sauce, Caesar's salad dressing, and the dinner Rolls. I'm very disappointed with how we were treated and the amount of money we spent on poor quality meals. This was supposed to feed my family not make them sick. How am I supposed to trust a stranger to safely cook these meals ?? I'm not coming back. Next time, I'll just cook the meals myself. So much for trusting someone else's cooking skills. πŸ˜’. The only reason I'm giving two stars because the other employees were able to put our order in and understood the situation. Otherwise, this would've been a zero, if allowed.
